what artists/releases constitute 'typical' idm? and if it were typical, would it really deserve to be voted best album of the year? The Solvent album on Suction is polling well on the idm-best of 99 poll, though I wouldn't as yet come to the conclusion that it is the album of 99. There is another album that currently has more votes than it! Of course there are still 2 weeks to go for everyone to send their lists in - so this result is just preliminary. So get your top 10 to me folks before the end of the month. Results posted 1st Feb 99. Meanwhile thanks to all who have kindly sent their tops in.
