The mentioning of the new Spacetime Continuum reminded me of a something I've been wondering for a while. I have the CD release of 'Alien Dreamtime' (with Terrence McKenna) from the Theatre in San Francisco. What I was wondering is this: Is there a release available of _just_ Spacetime's music off of the disc, without McKenna? The music is great, and I'd like it seperately if possible. Additionally, I had a friend check out the address for Rose-X and the video of the 'Alien Dreamtime' event in SanFrancisco, to no success. Is the address in the CD current, or does someone know where I can obtain the video? -[ ORBiT ]----------------------------------------[ house@cs.ualberta.ca ]----- | 'In dreams of things I dreamt, their vividness unforetolde; The keepers of | | these lunatique scenes, of my very soule took holde; And swiftly made it | | as their own, And I myself was the same one, to seale that tiny rente..' | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------

No there is not a release of just the music, which is great, although I bet the samples and stuff are still some where to be found. The whole thing was recorded live and therefore the lack of a separate music recording. Mohsen

There is no recording of just STC's music from "Alien Dreamtime". This is why I, for one, cannot wait to hear the album; the track on the EIA is terrific.

I believe they have moved, but I'll have to check on that.

If you like just the music, Space Time Continuum put out a 4 track EP, probably vinyl only of some great music. One side is brilliant ambient, as only Jonah & friends can do and the other side is more more acid house-ish. It was the first record on the Reflective label out of San Francisco. enjoy ___ / / / / / / _ __/ (_/__/ / (__ (__ ___/

And, for anyone in the SF Bay Area, Jonah will be doing a live radio performance next Friday on KFJC, 89.7 FM. It's part of an ambient special which airs between 10:00pm and 2:00am. I will probably tape it, and my KFJC reception is excellent, so I would be willing to make copies for anyone who's interested. -- Mark Turner mturner@netcom.com

Regarding the KFJC ambient show with Space Time - live: I can digitally record the whole show with no breaks, but it's not DAT. I have a Digtal to Analog PCM converter. I can record up to 6 hours straight, no interuptions. e-mail me for analog copies if interested -robert
