the brown vynal arrived in Boston yesterday and low and behold the
first copy i looked at had HUGE CHUNKS OF PAPER pressed into the vynal
I MEAN CHUNKS AS BIG AS IF SOMEONE HAD CHOPPED UP A LOLLYPOP STICK
AND THROWN THEM INTO THE PRESS. . .BOLLOCKS BOLLOCKS BOLLOCKS!!!!!
(god forbid WARP do a little quality controll. . .punks)
as i'm checking through the copies trying to put together a decent
set (took me 5 copies to come up with that) the OWNER of the
store starts cussing out the BUYER and tells him that that would
be the last WARP release he would ever carry. . .NO MORE WARP
which is really unfortunate because the store was beginning to shape
up in the IDM dept.. . .through some persuasive tactics I had the
buyer convince the owner that IDM would sell. . .and so the SAW2
was sort of a test. . .WARP FAILED. . .the owner is pissed and the
buyer got chewed out right there in the store. . .things were looking
up though. . .the MU-Ziq (tango) was in stock, which brings me to. . .
the Rephlex tracks i own are IMPECCABLE . . .FLAWLESS and I really
wished that they had the rights to release SAW2. . .cause there
wouldnt be a bad pressing in the lot. . .
THE MORAL OF THIS RANT. . .
1-CHECK YOUR COPIES VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU BUY. . .
LISTEN TO THE WHOLE F*CKING RELEASE
2-CONSIDER THE CD (even the copy i brought home has 1 skip)
CAN SOMEBODY IN THE UK SLAP WARP IN THE HEAD FOR ME. . . .
