It isn't discussed on this list 'cos it's not considered to be I.D.M.
Well that is a real shame - who decides wot is and wot isnt IDM, I think more
thought goes into a Hardcore track than a load of shit the aphex twin releases.
Besides which, most big IDM considered "artists" originate from the hardcore
scene. I bought Digeridoo in early 92, the first release, because I heard it a
loads of hardcore parties - it has a breakbeat, but it was totally different to
most jungley tunes. I heard the best set ever last night on Frontline FM 104.6,
GM area.. Hardcore is turning to ambient completely. There is a track out with
an ORB sample, amazing breakbeat and real bass. I've also heard a very
biosphere style track... The music is just getting better....
