Just found out the following info about one of
the better A-Musik label artists.

Who's hiding behind the weird name L@N? It's no one else but Otto Müller,
formerly member of German project "Die Anarchistische Gummizelle"
(1980-90), and Rupert Huber. Both live in Düsseldorf and are active
painters with a tendency to create bizarre polka-like techno-anomalies.
Otto Müller, the learned man with a degree in communication theory,
describes their music as an ongoing conversation between two partners. Live
recordings, their starting points, are used and abused in the studio, the
musicians manipulate and record on different channels and somewhere Müller
and Huber meet again. Their outputs crash in the point where glitches
become essential parts of the whole, where all hard listening efforts melt
into a joyous feast, where the @ inbetween generates POP and where rhythmic
neologisms like "noraf" or "schwado" evlove ... and strangely enough, it
all fits - simply because it's twoinone.
