TVT & Warp are sponsoring US tours for most of the Artificial Intelligence artists. The first one, starting in mid-Feb on the east coast and working its way west, is Autechre (which will be stopping in Los Angeles and at least 10 other cities). Also to come will be FUSE and Speedy J. The tours will be co-sponsored by Groove Radio. This info by way of a friend who works for GR. Huh. How about they tour the UK first! :) Wow. F.U.S.E. and Speedy J on the same line up. How much are transatlantic flights...... Still have no new info on Ambient Works II tour. The LA date will not be happening due to the earthquake. I was offered this tour, along with DJ Louis for a Saturday in Salt Lake City. Although I would have jumped to do something like this a year ago, my heart just isn't in it now. If my heart isn't in it, I'm afraid the quality would suffer and I would lose even more money. So I didn't take it.

Interesting. There's a show here in Seattle at the end of Feb. with Autechre and DJ Lewis. Richie Hawtin was supoosed to play but apparently he'll be in Austrialia, and there was no mention of Speedy J...
