Just thought I'd inform you of some new things I saw in the shops yesterday The Secret Life of Trance 2 from Rising High is on 4 records and 2 CDs and now everyone can have what were 2 of the most underground tracks i have: Pink Ellen & Atom Heart: 1/2 hour of slamming, tranced out and totally danceable deep trance and... Dreamfish: their album hasn't come out in this country (yet) and this single wasn't part of the original fax release but now you don't have to, it's all there, another 1/2 hour track which is head spinning & beautiful ambient (my favorite track on their double LP) sigh... so much for being secret. While I'm spilling secrets: the new Plastikman record (not the 12" with the plastikman logo in a spiral but in a brown cover) is the best thing I've ever heard Ritchie Hawtin do to date. A beat builds slowly and slowly and the 303 creeps in and the beat gets more complicated, hi hats come in, deeper beats, twisting 303....and WOW! this is killer, I don't mind if everyone plays this nonstop, all the time... :) ___ / / / / / / _ __/ (_/__/ / (__ (__ ___/

No, the remixes have a string of Plastik Man logos in a circle on the label. The new tracks are krakpot and elektrostatic. The cover is brown and it was not on +8 but on import from England on NovaMute records. While still sort of mid-tempo, these tracks are more danceable than his previous releases. I'd describe it as revamped and tranced out acid house with a deep punchy bass. ___ / / / / / / _ __/ (_/__/ / (__ (__ ___/
