Im not going to re read pete's post, so i could be completely wrong
about what i thought he said,
BUT
_I_ thought that pete was saying that Rich's music lent itself
to being tweeaked in an easier manner than Orbital
that he does change lots of his musical constantly
and thats what people love about him
vis a vis
Orbital who have to play CHime et al and do a straighter set
cuz its not as easy to mess with without re-writing the song
Now .. i think the Orb really did a good job of playing with their
songs and making them recognizable but not the same as teh album
when they went on tour, and i totally would have missed some
if it werent for give away samples
Im not going to say that the Orb is being original with them doing dub
but i really think that the stuff they do with it is
but my musical taste/knowledge/background is quite limited
so i could be wrong
