well i happened to be dj'ing at midnite and i got to play what i wanted.
the tracks i played before or around or after midnite:
aphex-window licker (the party track of the year)
ae-track 1 from ep7
perrey and kingsley-one note samba (the first thing i heard in the new
millenium)
squarepusher-a journey to reedham
stereolab-(dont remember the track name)
solvent-track 13 i think.
(probably my vote for best IDM CD, or at least new IDM musician, of the
year, fabulous, melodic stuff)
all in all i got to bring in the new year with some nice music.
i hope you all had a good one.
and may 2000 bring us more great electronic music.
later,
