CiM's "Shift" is one of those CLASSIC tracks that i've always had on repeat.. such an amazing piece that it even received some controversy when it was allegedly not approved to be used on the 'Neurokinetic' compilation on Toytronic back in 2000. Nonetheless, it's easy to note that The Black Dog ripped the ambient/bassline from CiM. But what can be done now? FSOL's "Papua New Guinea" blatantly sampled Meat Beat Manifesto's "Radio Babylon," and all Jack wanted was some credit. Did it ever go any further? well, same here simon (the artist) and me (label owner) just want public credits for this we only bounce into a wall, where the artist keeps on insisting "No samples were used. From anybody." that is what most get me annoyed why don't they admit it? check here http://nomorewords.net/shift.mp3 http://nomorewords.net/blackdogtrack.mp3 --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org
