Grateful for your comments I particularly liked Clint's metaphor about the 2
year old with the cheap casio and expired meat. I don't know about the
expired meat, but the casio keyboard makes perfect sense since both of the
VSTis Used were both programmed by me with linplug's freealpha (the sawtooth
sound) and albino (the sort of bell solo). In the second part I sampled
double bass and violins from Saint-Saëns "Danse Macabre".
As for Kent's comment: It's not a tour of the gare du nord, but a guy
announcing an amusement ride at a funfair or theme park, and the funny thing
is he was using one of these so-called dub sirens to attract people, while
operating the ride at different speeds (faster and faster, he says). It just
made me feel nostalgic. Thanks for the advice on the kick drum.
And Rick, I've been listening to your Glowdot Dot Com stream for a couple
of hours now, and Diggin' it!
Cheers,
jdvoid
