I just say it like it's spelled. It's not DNTel. It's dntel. dn-tel. Equally accented. Like "furball" as "frball" or, perhaps better, "downstairs" as "dnstairs" You should ask the guy how he'd pronounce some afrikan names, like "mbiti" derek -- eggytoast.com : eggtastic.com --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org

The M is half silent. I have several customer with those kind of names. Mbaria, Mbugua... My Japanese student customers get really freaked out when I can pronounce and spell their names correctly. What about those illustrious khoisan languages? I'm sure your average person would be a bit stymied by something like "G//ani-Khwe" They certainly make romance and anglo-based languages seem a bit boring ;D -- eggytoast.com : eggtastic.com --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org
