From the FAQ on www.warprecords.com:
Q: Why are some of your records limited?
A: Warp wants its music to reach as wide an audience as possible, but there
are certain instances in which we release records in limited quantities.
This may be because a record is intended for promotional use only. In the
overwhelming majority of cases, a record is limited because the artists
wants it limited. Warps ethos is built on according its artists total
control over all aspects of their records, from production to manufacture to
release. So, if for whatever reason an artist requests that their record be
released only in limited quantities, then we will respect that request.
I guess mp3 doesn't count.
