Hey again! Things at 8bitpeoples are starting to heat up again ... Its been
awhile since the last email update, so get ready!
//New Release!!!
First off we have to mention that Mesu Kasumai is back with a great new
release titled 3 channel metropolitan featuring all original tunes as well as
a remix by Project 65. This album follows the same simple waveform synthesis
as his previous release My Fiero did ... only this time, the material is as
genuine as the sound that carries it. As well as his new album, we would like
to announce that Mesu will be doing a live broadcast on sunday night, october
19th at 10pm EST (gmt - 05:00). Go pick up the new album quick, and make sure
to tune in to the broadcast as the set will include all new never released
material, as well as old favorites.

It should be mentioned that he new release by Mesu Kasumai has actually been
available on the 8bitpeoples website for some time, so if you this is the
first you have heard of it, then maybe you should be checking up at the site
more often! ;] Anyway, maybe some news about an upcoming release by Sabastian
Boaz coming (very) soon will keep you on your toes ... those with the quickest
link clicking fingers will be the ones to scoop this up first!

tabloids ... word on the street is that a certain 8bitpeoples member was
caught two-timing with a hot piece of sega hardware while his nintendo sat
loyally at home!

In addition to being able to grab all of our past releases from scene.org you
can now also choose to get them from The Internet Archive! Some nice features
include the ability to stream releases to preview them, download an entire
releases in a zip file, and leave comments and rate releases! A very big
thanks to archive.org for providing this space for us! Also be sure to check
out the other netlabels at the archive, like monotonik among others!
- Making (and Breaking) the News!
8bitpeoples and some of its members have recently been making headlines! A
recent MSNBC article titled "Play that Funky Music GameBoy" mentions
8bitpeoples and nullsleep. Also, in the most recent issue of Wired magazine
(november), 8bit maniacs such as nullsleep, rolemodel, glomag, bit shifter,
and mark denardo are mentioned in a piece titled "8bit Punk" ... Check it!
That should keep you busy for awhile! Quicklinkz will follow below ... So
