hey phillipe, have you guys ever thought about using a donations model
to suppliement cd sales? i'm certain that many people would happily
donate direct to artist/label if they had the option... this model is
starting to gather some steam, check out mozilazine.org and kuro5hin.org
to see it in action.

PS, it's kind of funny, i was telling my brother about bip-hop when i
was in Paris briefly last winter and he said "oh, i think that guy slept
on my couch in NYC once" ... its a small world.
