ok, i have been out of the loop for a couple of months, so any recommendations of similar to... stuff i know of... Gez Varley - Bayou Paradis... Yagya - Rhythm of Snow.... Kit Clayton on Vertical Forms... the BC/ rhythm & sound/ Chain Reaction Stuff - Fluxion, Shinichi Atobe #34 etc...Pole... My personal favorites of all the Chain Reaction stuff is the PORTER RICKS Biokinetics CD and also the MONOLAKE Hong Kong CD. You might want to check out Tomas Jirku and some of the stuff on Force Inc. Also there are some LPs with uniform artwork out by an artist named GAS that I've heard is actually Mike Ink doing scratchy, ambient-pulse stuff. GAS is very similar to the more atmospheric stuff by Basic Channel, Matrix, Fluxion etc... And as far as I know this is not the same GAS that has stuff out on the Emit label. Anyway, I have a few of his CDs as well as various Chain reaction CDs and 12"s.
