It is the short film that AFX did the soundtrack for, and was originally an installation for the Royal Academy of Art. Try using the Elcard MPEG Player to play it. It's not that great IMO, and does contain some graphic sexual scenes and violence (if that sort of thing bothers you). That is probably the Flex soundtrack - the girly noises are from the film, and the soundtrack is basically a mix of Perc#6, a few tracks off Selected Ambient Works Vol. 2 and some other bits added in.
