anyone heard this yet? was expecting a plunderphonic gabber opera in three parts... as the tb6 people would have you expect it... nope. but it's pretty good. mostly just like his live show minus the avant-noise stuff... lots of remixes. booty music, really. gregory

I have heard that Kid606 didn't necessarily put on the greatest live show though...any comments? Also, thinking about bringing out Ursula Rucker for an art installation and experimental electronica night. Anybody seen her perform? Really interested in anyone's reviews. I saw the Kid open for the Butthole Surfers and I thought he rocked the house. I haven't seen him live, but if his "innocent mess to compress" disc represents anything, I can see how some may feel he is lacking in the live dept. Again, I havent seen him personally, so maybe I am speaking too soon. Maybe if he wore a funny oversized cowboy hat or more people threw bottles at him [Detroit show, last year] it would change things. I don't know.
