Instead of having the front-graphic saying 'Shark' the way all the online catalogs have it, it's says 'Sharc'. I'm trippin' off this. Now I know this isn't a knock-off, because it totally works the way it's supposed to. Because I keep looking at it, and I'm thinking, "Damn, what is the deal?" Anyone know why? ddunstan --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org

Don't know about the name being different, but everything Behringer makes is a knock-off of another company's product. These guys are famous for basically ripping off the circuitry and designs from other manufacturers and slapping their name on it, often less subtly than one would expect....stories abound of people opening up Behringer gear and seeing "Mackie" or "Lexicon" stamped on some of the parts....and then there are the lawsuits..... Now, somebody knocking off Behringer....that would be funny indeed....and perhaps a bit poetic.... -paulp --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org
