how ever that will never happen as Montreal is the only bread winner that province has other then the tourism from quebec city the province of quebec has very little in terms of capatal growth... in fact quebec is the poorest of all the provences in canada... being a x-montreal I can tell you that there is very very lttle that montreal can offer that other cities dont already do... I used to buy in the mystical majic that everyone says montreal has but after living in 4 other cities in my 34 years of living I found that all large cities are basically the same... :) neil..
