Does anyone happen to know the name of that new "toy" that is essentially two "turntables" connected to your computer via USB that let's you mix mp3s like records? I can't find the blasted things ANYWHERE on the web and I can't remember the name. I've seen the commercial though, it was sorta funny. Anyways, any information you have that could lead to tracking down these things would be helpful. -Jordan.

Oh yeah. That thing IS a toy. Final Scratch is the same thing (as far as I can tell) only with REAL turntables. Richie Hawtin uses it exclusively now. It looks really fun, but what do I know? --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org

actually picked one of these up as a gift for my girlfriend's kid. its *a lot* of fun and you can import your own samples. has a coldcut track on there two (plus a couple of skinny puppy tracks that sound more like solo cevin key) --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org
