Fine track indeed, but the Quench blows me away. Hell of a lot more intense and crunchier than anything else I've heard from them. Isn't their new album on Dub? When's it supposed to be out? _________________________________________________________________ Get your FREE download of MSN Explorer at http://explorer.msn.com/intl.asp --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org

I've heard first hand (from one of the Funken brothers) that they indeed are behind Quench (which isn't surprising, since they sound very similar ;). Don't know about Autophonic though... To me the highlight of the very excellent DUB catalogue is Solid State by Funckarma...damn that album is wonderfull! I wasn't really into crunchy IDM anymore, but more into the ambient and jazzy stuff...but this album pulled me right back! The other releases are almost without exception great...I've got most of the DUB stuff, since I live in The Hague which is only a half-hour trainride away from DUB's home-shop Clone in Rotterdam (all in The Netherlands in case you were wondering ;). It's been said earlier in this thread: the releases have a similar 'feel', but are distinct enough to keep 'em all interesting and worth your hard-earned cash :) TheTec --- "activity@activaire" <activity@activaire.com> wrote: > rumor has it that quench, autophonic and funkarma are the same
