Subject:: [idm] While we're mentioning somewhat off topic bands

Has anyone heard the new R.E.M. album, "Reveal?" WIth the absence of their drummer, the band has worked a bit with Pro Tools and drum machines a bit and have created a soothingly mellow album that just seems to glow in warm yellows, oranges, and greens. I don't think they've done anything revolutionary or what-not with the synths, but they do merge their organic instruments with their programming quite nicely.
