I'd like to call on the knowledge of the List about Oval. I Limewired a couple of tracks which I find stunning (3 and 7 from OvalProcess). I'll be purchasing next time funds permit - but where to start? Would anyone be kind enough to give me a short overview of Oval's output to date? Or point me to a website where I could find same? BTW Limewire seems to be pretty poor for idm stuff - Napster used to be much better. I've heard mention of Soulseek - I'm on an Apple Powerbook - should I reinstall SoftWindows or is there something better on Mac (or PC)? Thanks in advance. I think the best Oval release is Diskont 64. I think most reviewers and listeners would agree. Ovalprocesses is quite nice too. My favorite track on Diskont is track 6. There is a melody that comes through the miasma every now and then in that track that sounds like an Irish tune to me. I've asked friends about it and they agree. But I was wondering if anyone knew for sure what that tune is, if anything. On Wed, 18 Jul 2001, Colin Buttimer wrote:
