I would like to add that the lyrical content for what it is on Vocalcity esp. on Tessio is above the usual house-tripe and makes me smile... "i guess you make me warm when you do the hum making everybody come getting creative with your charm" -i --- Philip Sherburne <philip@askjeeves.com> wrote:

What else is there by I-Cube? Has he done any full-lengths? The only track I know (and like) is "Adore". Recommendations? I-cube did some really interesting stuf try Picknick Attac a real cool with the sound of France Nice 'n smooth music for a sunny afthernoon in the Park. And on the other hand really creative and complex wit all sorts of subtle variations on the theme well worth checking out ! It on Versatile records, and I think he has done some work for and if your into this also check Daddy Longleggs : Horse on Pussy Foot (not that good but also worth checking) --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org

Both of these are available on CD and vinyl, and feature a very wide range of music. From House to loungy downtempo. I:Cube and Gilb'r also just released their first collaborative full length under the name Chateau Flight. It's simply amazing. It fits in pretty well with the so-called "Nu-Jazz" releases we've been flooded with lately (People, 2000 Black, Bittasweet, Bugz In The Attic, Archive...) All 3 full lengths are on Versatile, outta France. Hope this helps. sqrrt -----Original Message----- From: Irene McC [mailto:substar@iafrica.com] Sent: Thursday, March 15, 2001 4:08 AM To: idm@hyperreal.org Subject: Re: [idm] luomo / tech-house From IDM
