what's that formula for determining how much pitchshift i need to get a loop to another tempo? (i.e. the loop is at 125, i want it at 120, how much do i need to shift it?) micah stupak /"\ laerm@soulfood.org ascii ribbon campaign \ / international bright young kook against HTML email X / \ --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org

Your timestretching program should have this already built in. If not, get another one, as it's a pretty common feature. -l On Tue, 13 Mar 2001, laerm wrote:

The above is taken from a site which gives a javascript calculator that does exactly this. If you think it'll save you time, you could save the following web page off to your hard drive. http://www.birdsoft.demon.co.uk/music/sampcalc.htm Hope this helps!
