Speaking of Colin Dale, who else here got their introduction to the music through his show on Kiss FM? together with Colin Faver he has had a massively lasting effect on my music taste. I still enjoy listening to his Outer Limits compilation on Kickin records (highly recommended) and recently bought his Abstract Funk Theory compilation which seems to prove he still knows his stuff. Does anybody know what the Mutant Disco compilation is like? His Abstrakt Dance radio show was my staple music diet for several years. I remember always hoping for some crazy electronic shit in the 'outer limits', but although the stuff was excellent, it was rare for him to play black dog, autechre, aphex etc. -----Original Message----- From: Ross Balmer [mailto:ross@tui.co.uk] Sent: 06 March 2001 13:02 To: IDM Subject: [idm] Colin Dale Speaking of Colin Dale, who else here got their introduction to the music through his show on Kiss FM? together with Colin Faver he has had a massively lasting effect on my music taste.
