It is "Damil 85" by Isan. This track is from "damil 85 / cubillo" 7" on wurlitzer jukebox. I'm almost sure it's out of print.

Isan has lots of wonderful music. Check out their albums "beautronics" on Tugobat and "Salamander" on Morr Music. They also did an excellent remix of seefeel's "wfwf" for Warp10+3 compilation.
