ok, does anyone know why it is that my ultimate encoder is making my mp3's
sound like there in a bucket when i set it to 128 kbps? i know someone on
this list who never fucking writes and he knows how to use ultimate encoder
but he doesnt like to share knowledge with me, only when its in his favor.
so ill ask you guys. any info will help.
