Hello, Has anyone heard further information about the release below? Cut straight from CLONE (http://clone.nl/): "MIXED UP IN THE HAGUE - SPECIAL SEQUENCE MIXED FOR DANCING VOL.2 (Release date januari 2001) Cat# Pan 001 Mixed up 2 is the second in a series of mix cd's that pays again respect to timeless sequences mixed for dancing; Forgotten and ignored tunes that changed opinions and even lives. We have just begun! " Also, could anyone tell me the name of a European, perhaps Finnish, musician who wears pointed ears and maybe green make-up? I think he's called Mordus or Mortis... Any help would be fantastic! Thank you! best, frank ____________________________________________________________________ Get free email and a permanent address at http://www.netaddress.com/?N=1 --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org

Mortiis. He came out of the crazy-ass Scandinavian black metal scene that was big in the late 80s and early 90s. Several artists from that scene have been jailed for burning down churches, killing bandmates and other scary stuff. His work since going solo has been more on the dark orchestral-industrial side of things. And as a trivia note - it's been rumoured that his pointed ears and hooked nose were created using plastic surgery and were permenently attached, but they're just make-up. When I met him briefly last year (long story...), he was pretty soft-spoken and looked like a normal guy (albeit with long hair and tattoos). ok...y'all can argue amongst yerselves if its IDM or not im just passing this along. address inquiries/booking requests to xyster@hecatespupil.com pieces. jonathan - hey this is .antony. (hecates pupil, nexus 6, k8e's brother..) i am booking for Daniel Myer (haujobb). K8e said that you may be able to help me find him a few gigs. he is coming from Germany (home) to the US FEB 5th - 19th and he wants to pick up a few gigs spinning records. i thought that you might be able to book him somewhere and / or pass along some names of credible people who can. he has asked me to round up some contacts on the east coast. mostly major cities. he already has a gig in Philly. in case you are not familiar with Daniel's ( http://www.planetmyer.de/ )work : some of his projects are: Haujobb ( http://www.accession-records.com/haujobb/ ), NEWT, Cleaner. has worked with: cEvin key (skinny puppy), Front Line Assembly, Front 242, etc etc ... signed domestically with Metropolis Records. if you are interested, and/or can point me to someone who is, just send me the contact info. he said he will spin what the people want to hear.. he books different names for different styles: Industrial / EBM : Daniel Myer (haujobb, Cleaner) Drum & Bass: HEXER Electro Minimal Techno Breaks: Architect get back as soon as you can .. he needs time to work out details.. .antony.
