22 january 2001 sees the official release of 'REFRAMING' - the CD minialbum
everybody has been getting excited about by the adorable russian duo, EU.
if it not stocked locally to you, then please get in touch and i'll hassle
the necessary people. check all the press to read about the release, even
LOADED magazine (err yeah, the lads publication!) rated it 'beautiful' or
something.. can't argue with that surely? no doubt the world will go mad
with excitement this month, so just keep chilled.. and maybe buy the
record! EU have loads of plans for the future, i'll keep you posted.

indeed, at last the gauge - gatehouse record is all mastered up and sounds
noisy, and loud enough methinks. artwork is nearly sorted too, so you can
expect to see this 12" release soon. it'll be worth the wait.

the first in the RND_ series of compilations. it is currently being
compiled with all your favourites to be featured, and all those artists you
don't already know. afterall, that's the whole point. these compilations
will be lavishly packaged and designed and then put into the shops for a
nice low price. they will feature a mixture of unknown and better known
artists, across various types of music, digital and analogue, electronic
and non-electronic. the first in this series (RND_0.34873349921) should
feature: COM.A (japan), minotaur shock (UK), sybarite (USA), eu (russia),
theboylucas (UK), mati:k (japan) and there are more!
if you have ideas for artists for forthcoming compilations, then let me
know. these compilations will be CD only for the time being and should come
out regularly.
