DJing is an artform cat. This takes all the fun out of it. It shows a lack
of willpower to simply allow of computer to beatmatch. Beatmatching is
djing 101, and not the entire name of the game. You are forgetting about
that the ability to perform scratching tricks, juggling, sound sampling
with the crossfader, and other crossfader techniques. Beatmatching is not
everything, and not all kinds of music can be properly mixed with
beatmatching alone. Proper mixing of music goes way way beyond that
rudimentary skill.

To follow up with more vitriol, if you have to touch the records when you
mix techno or house, you are wasting a lot of energy, a digital setup can
beatmatch for you if you switch to CDs.
