Both now postponed until Jan. 16, according to Rom
and Josh from Schematic. That's the official release
date at this point. Release dates on Phoenecia's own
and Otto Von Schirach's t.b.c., by March of next year
with any luck!!! Lipswitch will be a co-release with
Warp, but I don't know the UK release date for the
Warp version...
Both wicked records though. Don't sleep :)
Unrelated - not sure if anyone's brought this up
on-list yet, but for all you bitching and moaning
about the use of Amon's "Deo" track on the Coke
commercial you'll love this - Juan Atkins' "No UFO's"
is being used in an ad campaign for the Ford Focus as
we speak. The track backs the commercial and it also
prominently features turntables and mixer with a blurb
at the end that says "Detroit Techno - Ford Focus" -
you'll see it soon enough, if you haven't already -
personally, I think it's great considering he was
prolly paid six figures for a track that's years
old...
