For those that missed Raz Mesinai's Lincoln Center performance
earlier this year, NYC's Tonic offers a chance to check out his
newest work. Mesinai will be joined by DJ Olive & Toshio Kajiwara.
Raz' turntable experiments with string compositions recorded direct
to vinyl will include, " String Quartet For Four Turntables" and
"String Quartet In A Box".
Friday, October 6th
Midnight, $5, as part of Tonic's Strung Festival , show directly
follows the Alvin Curran and Jon Rose performance in the same venue.
