This message is for the IDM list members who live in Sydney (or elsewhere in Australia)... The new Tim Koch (aka. Thug) CD "Please Don't Tell Me That's Your Volvo" is available for a limited time direct from the label for the bargain price of $20 AUS (+ $4 postage & handling) though we will endeavour to try to hand deliver all cd's ordered by people in Sydney via this offer to keep the cost to you to $20. Described on this list as "17 tracks of video-game styled electronica tied to bright melodies, gritty ambience, and snappy bleeps all wrapped up in a tight 60 minutes. Fans of Lackluster, Plod, Arovane and even Plaid will enjoy this release. But keep in mind that these sounds would best fit a Nintendo or Playstation soundtrack". So if you want this great CD for a great price (shortly it will be retailing for $30 in good music stores nationally courtesy of Inertia Distribution) just reply in private to this email, thanks. In support of the new album Tim is also coming up from Adelaide to play live at the This Is Not Art Festival in Newcastle and will be playing on the same bill as Scanner, Quark Kent, Ollie Olsen, Black Lung and a host of others on Friday the 6th of October in Newcastle. Check out http://www.octapod.org.au/thisisnotart for further details. A silly 5.40am hint: you could play it to the crowd around some Olympic event. Some IDM fans might be present there. -- Stay tuned, MhZ mailto:mookid@sigent.ru ----------- Children seldom misquote you. In fact, they usually repeat word for word what you shouldn't have said. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org
