New Google Play Music Free is pretty kick ass. Stream bitrates vary depending on connection speed, but go right up to 320kbps. They have an option for low or high res streaming (or high res only via WiFi), as well as offline storage for mobile devices (encrypted files, though there are apps to rip them if you wanted to go down that route, that’s another thread).
