i don't know about "die eigene achse", but reality to midi lp is pretty
nice. harder detroit-style techno- you may have heard "paranoid dancer" in
clubs- some dark spinning bass, this waning siren in the background, and
tinny percussion coming in and out echoed by an even stronger bassline.
(...oh sure... that one)
"paradox" and "i love to beat you 'cuz i hate you! (the track is just as
tough as the title) also stand out on this lp. i doubt his releases vary
much in style, or at least those on kanzleramt. he is certainly not for
those seeking delicate melodies to have moments to, rather something you
either want pounded in your chest at a club or blaring through your car
speakers at top speed.
anyhow, i think the release certainly warrants a listen at your local record
shop as i found it "un-samey". for a double techno lp, it delivers a nice
variety with some cool samples. you also may want to search his name on
groove.de for more info.
