Speaking of which - I have a question for... someone. A few weaks ago someone left a message on the BleepBloop server asking for the Boards of Canada remix of Michael Fakesch from Demon1. Somebody else then left another message promising it would be uploaded soon. That was weeks ago! Where is it? Are you out there? Is this some conspiracy to torture those of us who have not been able to find the record anywhere? Waaa! Hey, I'm only joking. I was provoked! If I can get the vinyl I'll rip it myself, and upload it if there's space as it seems hard enough to get to justify putting it up there. I noticed the disk-space problem - I put some BoC tracks up there myself but I held off from uploading more because I hit the disk limit. I confess I cut back by a few tracks to leave space for the promised remix. I've been meaning to try and find out about who's hosting the site myself. It seems it was once on a better server but it could not be hosted there any more so someone else was kind enough to carry it on in a more limited incarnation. I gather Bleep Bloop has a mailing list, which I thought would be the appropriate place to bring up the subject, but so far I have not been able to get hold of subscription details.
