'Kids of Widney High'!!!!! Hell yeah. I used to work at a big record
distributor and ended up selling a couple boxes of that CD for all the
wrong reasons. 'Insects' is the best tune, where they start screaming
about 'spiders crawling over me'. What a record, bad keyboard pre-sets,
horrible alto sax solos ala Kenny G...classic.
I'm going to keep out of Flanger debate...being bias and all. But I just
have to add that I think it's a wicked record...duh, wouldn't have
released it if I thought otherwise, but then again, I have hundreds of
records that go 'scronk honk fernernal honk noodle noodle'...so maybe I'm
just a sucker for a good prog jazz noodle fest.
