Just got a copy of the TLS: Stay Down - Matador reissue and i'm delighted to see that Matador was kind enough to add five additional tracks from the Blue Bag of Sparks ep to the already excellent Stay Down album. So now you can get this excellent downtempo 'aquatic' listening experience at a US domestic price with additional tracks! Another gold star for Matador. -->-Lance--- mclance@nacs.net lance@inaudible.com p.o. box 450715 westlake, ohio 44145 united states

Son of a bitch! Half the time you blow the wad on imports nowadays this shit happens. I suppose it's all good in the long run but AAAAAAARRRRRRGGGGHHH all the same. Gotta go trade my IMPORT edition in for the Matador release now I suppose (or maybe we'll get a promo at the station & I can just subtly switch 'em out... hey!) Tom

I'm very pleased with Matador's release schedule as well. I received a copy of the Stay Down album with extra tracks, and it's been getting tremendous rotation lately. (Matador are scheduled to release the next BoC full length later this year..) They also issued Pole, Nightmares on Wax, Red Snapper, Jega, Khan, Cornelius as well as many others. It's nice to see a domestic imprint re-issuing these titles for N.American crowds to enjoy.. Nice that they print them themselves, too, saving us money, rather than just distributing like EFA does Rephlex and which apparently puts prices higher. And they can add bonus tracks. _________________________________ Adam Roesch / roesch@augsburg.edu University of Idaho / Moscow / ID / USA Visit my Fila Brazillia/Pork Recordings fan site: http://dogbert.augsburg.edu/~roesch/pork/ "Because success needs killing" TRICKY
