I have nothing to contribute to the Sonic Groove discussion except I was
there last week in search of the Richie Devine 3x12 on Communique (not
mentioned on their Web site) and they'd just sold their last to some mail
order customer - did manage to dig out his Schematic 12" which I'm pleased
to have - will I be sneered out of the water for detecting some similarity
to the harsher side of Autechre?
Somehow I'd concluded from the discussion around here that Schematic is
based in Miami but the "Made in Germany" sticker on the (otherwise almost
information-frei) sleeve suggests I was mistaken (or accidentally purchased
an Amon Duul II record).
