I have a release by R. Devine off of Communique (a local label here run by Woody McBride). Yes, it is definitely worth getting. It only ran me $10 for 3 12"s! I think its called "sculpt." I'm not sure, the labelling is pretty sketchy. I will spare you a long description since words often fail to explain most electronic based music (all music?). There's some harsher techno elements on here, but not excluding some more melodic moments as well. I'm not sure the year it was released though. Maybe 96? Well, I checked out your source, and yes it said it was on Tape. I found this release in a Communique bin, hence the confusion. Also, I think Woody McBride either owns Tape also or is a partner in crime with someone else. I know he has some involvement.
