I have to say that i've been very impressed with the IDM list lately. It would appear from recent threads that the tastes of list- members are really expanding. Styles like techno, post-rock, experimental and hip hop are becoming "acceptable" to a list were Aphex Twin, Autechre, Orbital, Square- pusher, Orb, FSOL etc used to dominate. And that acceptance has translated into intelligent informative threads. I'm just delighted to see the tastes of the list maturing so nicely. Coming soon - my techno, post-rock, experimental, comps and idm tops of 98 lists... -->-Lance--- p.o. box 450715 westlake, ohio 44145 united states

yes, which also means ITS GETTING WAY TO FUCKING BORING!!! what ever happened to all of the closed mindedness, the short sightedness, the sexism, the racism (ok there probably wasn't any to begin with but it would have been nice to think that there had been), the gays, the lesbos, the aliens, the sheep, the frogs, ducks and shrimp; the the bullies, the geeks, the nerds, the leaders, the followers, the fun, the happiness, the jews (Oi!), the uncooperation, the sky is falling, the guilt trips, the trainspotters who did more that spot the train, they got on it. what ever happened to the competition that and bad vibes and whinners, bitches and straight up annoying mother f%&kers (looks like there may be a few left: me) that made this list go round. for god sakes stop this uniterupted flow of order that doesn't allow me to post anything but "for sale/for trade" lists, nice neat album reviews, the occational one liner (which is the only thing that keeps this list going sometimes), and the general bullshit. come on guys and galls, get out there and make trouble. posting form Santa's summer home, i'm ???Ы Lester. night night, don't let the bedbugs bite. ___________________________________________________________________ You don't need to buy Internet access to use free Internet e-mail.
