a possibility, of course, but my experience over the years with CMJ has proven them to be quite accurate and have a lot of info that most others mags never knew about. and for the most part they're just regurgitating what they're told. given Nothing's track record, I'm inclined to think that someone on their media relations team needs to cut back on their thc intake.

yup, thought of that of course when composing that post. things is, they have a pretty special relationship with their Japanese fans. not quite so here in States. I think they did Medrey as a gift of sorts their fans there, don't think they'd do the same. at least not for Nothing records. but who knows? maybe _I_ need to cut back on my thc intake. time will tell... cheers, daevid j ______________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free Email at http://www.hotmail.com

so are we an employee of Nothing Records? sorry to offend, but I'm still not quite sure why anyone would take that so personally.

now why would I want to do this when I can order directly from Warp? I don't need Nothing Records for anything. look, I'm just commenting from a business point of view, right? I have to deal with incompetence every damn day in the office, so I have little tolerance for it elsewhere, and when I see all this f*cking around Nothing is doing trying to release records, I just have to laugh. what does piss me off is their little "import ban" and cry of foul when distributors bring stuff across the pond (and again, I don't need them either). face up to business reality, Nothing. it's a global digital economy and if you want your slice of the Warp dollar then get your shit together and make the stuff available. stop talking and start acting. and if you need some management consulting, I'd be happy to come in for a week at my standard houly rate plus expenses.

keep stirring, my man. it's the only way to affect change. daevid j ______________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free Email at http://www.hotmail.com
