I had sent money to them in July for the Skampler CD and they kept it. I kept emailing, calling and they said that the person who handled the order is never available. I asked for my money to be returned. They refuse to give me any service. They are CRIMINALS, go thru any other means but Silent/Pulsesoniq. numb
