i really like o'rang. they aren't particularly idm, but they aren't
particularly anything else either, as far as i can tell. post-rock? i
hate that fucking term. get it away from me.
anyway, o'rang are the two guys from talk talk who weren't the lead
singer. they have at least two albums out, both of which are great. i
got a copy of an o'rang promo 12" that has remixes by boymerang and
d.o.s.e. unfortunately these remixes tend to throw out too much of the
originals (particularly the boymerang one) but they are pretty good dark
nasty jungle anyway. i put them up as mp3s mainly to test out a few new
programs on my mac. anyway you can benefit from my experimentation:
