Blah!!!! Why else do ya think I've got that ORB Star tattooed on my
back! i never became passionate about music until I ran into
electronic music/techno/'lectronica/whatever. And it was thru the ORB.
hence why I got the tattoo. However, it really wasn't Fluff Clouds as
much as it was the Aubrey Mixes. I had heard Clouds tons of times on
the radio like you say and didn't really care for "that techno stuff"
back in 1991, but at Noise Noise Noise dave was playing the 12" of
Aubrey Mixes and that 3rd track (spanish castles in space mix?) that
grabbed my attention.
so I'd say Aubrey was my doorway to the music and then SAW1 was the
rekkid that confirmed I was in the right room!

yep and it's why I try to purchase MELODIC idm only.
maybe we should discuss MELDOY in IDM (I dunno)
but I find some of the SCHEMATIC (jeswa and metic esp) to have some
great melody. suggestion for more......
