hmmm... bits of aphex's "saw 2" autechre's "vletrmx21" "teartear" or "draun quarter" coil's "angelic conversation" (if you're into shakespeare's love sonnets...) locust "the love you cruelly gave me would not last", "the optimist", or "inside i am crying" if you're on a jazz tip... john coltrane for that matter... the cure's "faith" or "disintegration"? joy division's "atmosphere"? seems like a decent list, but i dunno whether much of it would really make me weep... np: main "x" "a dream is worth a thousand pictures, the mouths of lampreys a thousand more..."
