I would like to echo what I've read so many people saying here over the years, that "tastes and textures - vol. 2" is a real gem. An audiophile wonder. He's a beatmaster. It's mellow and exciting and consonant and dissonant simultaneously. Spacy and concrete. Familiar and alien. Jazz-free. Iconoplastic. Gotta love GPR for keeping so many wonderful artists so perfectly obscure. I've been waiting so long for the Nev CD that I'm covered with oxidized copper. Take care. If you like T&T2, you'll love the Texturology Ltd.2x12" (I never have been able to figure out why the best tracks were on the limited). The hip-hop influence is a little more pronounced on the Ltd.

Bastards. I can't imagine any of these artists sticking w/ Wayne. I'm hoping that either they get the rights to their music back (doubtful), or he finally gets his shit together enough to rerelease some of the good stuff. Speaking of Beau & GPR, where the hell is "Tones"? I want my Beau Hannant! The Outcast stuff just isn't weird enough for me. Che
