hi all, don't think this has been mentioned before (if it has i apologize for bringing up old news), but on perusing the very small OR label wwwsite, i came across the following two discs in the upcoming releases: only 3 Gescom - 'MD' 99 tracks Barcode number 5027803330320 Release date: squish 4 farmersmanual - 'Explorers_We' Enhanced CD (or CDExtra) 1 track: 60 minutes + data file Barcode number 5027803330320 Release date: apparently "only 3" and "squish 4" are the catalog #s or something. anyway, anyone out there have more info/can shed more light on these fine-ass sounding new discs? btw, the OR "site" is at: http://www.hyperreal.org/music/labels/touch/or.html giddily, AudioPig rorshach@execpc.com

i'm on digest, sorry if this has already been brought up... the autechre interview in sound on sound magazine that was discussed a couple months ago mentioned how sean and rob were totally into the random play feature of their minidisc. they thought it was cool how you could record a couple bars of a song for each track, hit random play, and basically get a new remix every time. when asked if there was anyone they'd be interested in getting a remix from, they said stock hausen and walkman... or our minidisc. i'm guessing this is why there are 99 tracks, and why it's minidisc only. out ... art
